I’ve heard that stress raises cortisol which in turn makes me gain weight. How can I learn more about this and what can I do about it?

At these higher levels, cortisol can cause weight gain as well as other undesirable effects such as higher blood pressure, imbalances in blood sugar levels, and immune system suppression. On my blog there is more detailed information and some holistic methods you can use to keep cortisol levels down. (Laughter is one of the best ways to reduce cortisol!)
