Fall is hear and winter is near! Keep your scarf on until summer screams! The back of the neck is the Taiyang region of the body from a Chinese medical perspective. This is where wind and cold enter the body and lead to what we know as the common cold. Covering your neck with a scarf through the windy and cold seasons of Fall, Winter and Spring is a great way to help prevent “catching” a cold. . . try it!
