I’ve heard that stress raises cortisol which in turn makes me gain weight. How can I learn more about this and what can I do about it?
November 20, 2007
Michelle Wood, Stress Management Consultant: Everyone needs some cortisol, but stress raises the levels of this hormone to unhealthy levels. On my blog there is more detailed information and some holistic methods you can use to keep cortisol levels down. (Laughter is one of the best ways to reduce cortisol!)
